Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching helps you manage stress and create the life you want now. Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching is unique because while it is goal focused, it also teaches you to accept and embody the present moment intentionally.

The structure of individualized sessions varies to best meet your needs and to help you reach your goals. Individualized programs may involve meditation training, personal exploration and skill development.
